At our practice, we believe clinical decisions should be made by Dr. Hedlund and you—not dictated by an insurance company. To keep our care highly personalized, affordable, and free of hidden fees, we operate as a direct-pay (cash-based) practice and do not accept health insurance. By eliminating the overhead and restrictions of insurance networks, we pass those direct savings onto you through straightforward, honest pricing.

Payment Methods & Insurance Reimbursement

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and check. You can also use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards to pay for your care.

Want to submit to your insurance? While we do not bill insurance directly, we are happy to provide you with an itemized receipt (Superbill) upon request. You can submit this to your insurance provider to seek out-of-network reimbursement depending on your specific plan's benefits.

Initial Examination & Consultation For New Patients: $39.00

Includes your clinical intake, comprehensive orthopedic testing, your first custom chiropractic adjustment, and a doctor-selected therapy bed session.

Established Patient Progress Exam: $49.00

For our existing patients, we periodically perform structured progress examinations to ensure your recovery is on track and to update your personalized care plan.
